Every piece is Made-To-Order for our clients. After you checkout, a member of our Concierge team will be in touch to ensure the piece is made exactly to your specifications.

DIDRIS pieces may be purchased online at didris.com. Check back on our website as we may be stocked in certain boutiques in the future.
To check the status of your order, updates will be sent to the email on file (check your Order #). You may also email concierge@didris.com for anything else.
Should you need to cancel or change your order, please email concierge@didris.com as soon as possible and we will try to accommodate you. We cannot guarantee that, however, you may still return your item subject to our Return policy.
Personalized pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.
Some High Jewelry pieces are so unique that they may not have a price. Please contact concierge@didris.com if you have any specific inquiries.
We currently ship to some countries outside of the United States. If you would like to make a purchase and you do not see your country listed, please contact us at concierge@didris.com and we will have a member of our concierge team contact you for your purchase. All international orders are subject to shipping taxes, customs, duties, and fees based upon the destination country and the item(s) ordered. The recipient of the shipment is responsible for all import fees. Applicable duties, taxes and fees will be collected at the time of delivery.
Great care goes into the making of each piece. Please expect 6 weeks to receive your piece.
All pieces are shipped via FedEx 2-day shipping and require a signature.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Unfortunately, we are not able to take returns on any item. If you purchased an item from an outside retailer and would like to return or exchange it, you must bring the item to the original retailer where it was purchased. We are not responsible for any pieces not purchased directly from DIDRIS, Inc.
Your DIDRIS piece is delicate and thus requires special care and attention. To prevent damage to your piece, we recommend avoiding exposure to fragrance, soap, chemicals or cosmetics, as these could affect its color and form. It is best to wait until fragrances and cosmetics have dried completely before wearing your jewelry. It is important not to expose your creation to water (fresh, chlorinated or salt) or to high temperatures (such as prolonged sun exposure). We generally recommend that you do not wear your jewelry when performing certain activities (sports, gardening, etc.) to prevent it from being knocked or from coming into contact with harmful substances.
To clean full gold jewelry, you may use a small amount of liquid soap and gently rub it with a soft brush, before rinsing the jewel with lukewarm water and drying it with a soft, dry cloth. Each piece should be stored in a fabric-lined case for jewelry, separate from other pieces to prevent it from being knocked or scratched. Some of the materials used may be more delicate than others and are particularly susceptible to breaking on impact. Diamonds are hardest of all minerals, which means that they can scratch other softer materials and you should store any pieces with diamonds separately.

We always recommend insuring your pieces. Jeweler's Mutual offers stand-alone jewelry policies. Alternatively, you can add jewelry to your homeowner’s insurance with a rider. You will need to reference the appraisal provided with your purchase.
DIDRIS stands behind the quality of our pieces. We offer a complimentary lifetime warranty on all pieces. This warranty includes any quality issues that arise from a manufacturing defect, including: loose diamonds or loose prongs and missing pavé stones. This warranty does not cover issues that arise from normal wear and tear, including but not limited to: scratches, dents, misshapen bands, or cracked stones. Lost or stolen pieces are also not covered by this warranty. If you encounter any problems with your piece, contact concierge@didris.com.
Please kindly note that any work performed on DIDRIS pieces by anyone outside of DIDRIS will void this warranty.
